Notification when an automaton rule is throttled

Problem Definition

There is no notification sent to the Rule owner when the rule is throttled.

Suggestion

If a throttled rule appears a notification should be sent to the Rule Owner.

Workaround

You can count on the Performance insights feature inside Automation. This gives an overall view of all rules. Through this, you're able to check which ones have got throttled on the last hour/day/week/month.
