Project listed to follow alphabetical order instead of project ID

      Problem Definition

      At the moment, when editing the rule and selecting the project (scope), the projects will be listed following the project ID recorded in the database.

      Suggested Solution

      It would be great to have the projects listed using alphabetical order, as this order is more meaningful to users, instead of project ID.
