    Description

In my company we have A LOT of automation rules (100+) and sometimes these are configured to several or all Jira projects. When something happens on a ticket I might have a hard time knowing which of all the rules that made the change on the ticket.

I can of course go through all the audit logs on each and every automation rule but an easy fix would be to add to the Jira ticket history which automation rule that made the change. This would very much help when we need to debug something.
