Improvements for the labels panel

Currently, Automation for Jira is lacking the functionality to reorder the labels alphabetically. New labels are created on the bottom of the list, and not where they should be created. Allowing the reordering of the labels would assist in finding the correct labels faster.

Also, the label panel doesn't expand to show the full name of the label. Labels with longer names are trimmed.
