    Description

      Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

The old experience of objectives does not allow users to input a value for the field ‘Target’(under Key Results) greater than 2,147,483,647, displaying a pop-up warning.
The new experience allows users to do so

      Steps to Reproduce

      Prerequisites: A program + A portfolio + an objective

        1. Go to the Objectives details and scroll down to the 'Key Results' session
        2. On the dropdown field, select 'Count', insert a description, and on the 'Target' field, type 10000000000 and click on save
        3. Notice the red pop-up alerting that the limit is 2,147,483,647

      Expected Results

As the new experience allows user to do so, is expected that the legacy version could do the same

      Actual Results

A red pop-up shows up alerting that no value greater than 2,147,483,647 is accepted

      Workaround

      1. Switch to the new experience
      2. Edit the 'Target' field and click on save
      3. Return to the legacy experience and notice that the target is now set to 10000000000

No workarounds besides switching to a new experience, therefore, no workaround for customers that doesn’t use it
