Roadmap: Epic State filter doesn't work

Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) 

In the Roadmap page, when filtering for Epic State, all Epics are displayed, regarding their actual state

Steps to Reproduce

1. Access the Jira Instance
2. Go to 'Roadmaps'
3. Click on Filter and in the 'Add Filter' field, select Epic State
4. Select any Epic State available 
5. Notice that after the page refresh, all epics are displayed, regarding the state shown in the Epic details

Expected Results

Only Epics with the selected Epic State are shown

Actual Results

All epics filtered by T1 are displayed 

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
