At the moment, using the "app access" filter would list would list all type of users when flltered for Jira Service Management

1. User (agent)
2. Customer
3. User access admin
4. Stakeholder

Proposed Future State:

Add the ability to view specific JSM roles using the filter

Alternative

Navigate to the groups mapped to the JSM product access and find the users listed in the group
