Issue Summary
In large organizations, it's crucial for administrators to have the capability to adjust connected app settings to prevent users from requesting new apps. With numerous users potentially requesting various apps, there's a risk that an Org Admin, who typically isn't responsible for security, might approve these requests without a thorough investigation. This could lead to apps accessing sensitive information. Therefore, empowering admins to control app requests is essential for maintaining security
