Remove user access via API for Organizations using the Original User management

      Atlassian Cloud supports Remove user access API the below.

      However, this API is available only for organizations using the new user management experience and doesn't support those using the original user management. Additionally, there is no API with the same functionality as the one mentioned above.

      It would be more beneficial for users of the original user management system if the API were supported or if a new API with the same functionality were created.
