Site redirect to Jira product to users without access assigned to Jira.

      Issue Summary

      The customer is reporting that the users are being redirected to their Jira product instead of the Confluence Product.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Have an Org with two products (Jira and Confluence)
      2. Go to the site URL. For example:
        1. https://mysite.atlassian.net

      Expected Results

      Redirect the users to Confluence If the users has only access to Confluence. 

      Actual Results

      1. The URL will redirect to the Jira product instead of the Confluence product even though the users only have access to Confluence.

      Workaround

      Review if the customer is able to add custom domain to resolve this situation:
