User Problem
As an org admin, I want our users to receive tailored onboarding instructions when they request product access to our sites.
Currently, users would only receive emails when they're accepted This will increase the adaptability, and users can familiarise themselves to reduce the time to onboard.
Suggested Solutions
Implement a new feature to 1. Send an email when a user requests access 2. Allow org admins to customise the email.
- Org admin: Opens User access settings and it has an extra section where admins can customise the onboarding email and save
- User: Open the product URL and request access
- Atlassian system: Sends out the custom email
