Currently, Get managed accounts in an organisation don't allow filtering by product and site access.

Please provide a filtering option so that organisation administrators can retrieve only the needed records and don't need to work on filtering the results of all managed accounts to isolate the required user base. 

Workaround

• Isolating the groups that provide product access to the products.
• Get a list of Users in these groups using Jira API - Get users from Group.
• Using Organisation Rest API, User’s last active dates get the last active for the users identified.
