Improve Get managed accounts | Organisation API for large Organisation

      Currently, Get managed accounts in an organization return only 50 records. For large organisations, this means they will need to make thousands of calls to retrieve the complete list of users.

      Please provide a more comfortable way to obtain this data programmatically.
