Suggestion Request: Allow redirection to Single Sign-On (SSO) for users with Portal-Only login configurations, even if an Atlassian Account already exists on the platform.
Current Scenario: When users with existing Atlassian Accounts attempt to log in via the Helpdesk URL, they are redirected to the Atlassian Account login page instead of the SSO URL.
Customer Requirement: Customers would like the flexibility to choose SSO login options, irrespective of the existence of an Atlassian Account, to streamline their access management and improve user experience.
