Jira Service Management
Issue
When completing the steps to migrate a Jira Service Management portal-only account to an Atlassian Account, the user receives a generic message of:
Migrated customer to an Atlassian account
We'll email <Customer Name> with details about how to log in to their Atlassian account.
However if the user already has an Atlassian Account, they will not receive an email for the associated Atlassian account. The email is only sent in case a user does not already have an Atlassian Account with the same email.
The ask
To reduce confusion, the modal should either be updated to flag this behavior or be display an appropriate message depending on whether the user has an existing account or not.
