On the sign-on page of an OnDemand instance, if a user who does not have application access signs on, they are taken to a empty page where they cannot logout/login. The login button at the top, when pressed just reloads the page and doesn't take them to the sign-on page.
A log out button that logs the user out would be beneficial.

This is a MAJOR bug. How can it not have been fixed since July? I went to test/troubleshoot and access issue for user - which should not have happened in first place and I still do not know the source of (application access is NOT the issue) - and now am locked out of my account in Chrome. I have deleted cookies, no change.
