Provide an API endpoint to list the last active date for all users

    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

      Currently, we can use the https://api.atlassian.com/admin/v1/orgs/<OrgID>/users to list all managed user's last active date. It would be good to also have an endpoint to list all user's last active date.
