Merging "Users" and "Managed Accounts" sections

    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

      While having the "Users" and "Managed Accounts" views is convenient when you want to troubleshoot Product access or Atlassian Account issues, having an overview of both might be more suitable.

      The solution

      Merging the two views and relying on filtering to filter the results and one place to perform changes currently available individually on "Users" and "Managed Accounts".

      The benefits

      • One centralised place to search and manage both managed accounts and users.
      • One export would consolidate the information currently available in "Users" and "Managed Accounts" exports.

            Please add the corresponding API also to make sure we handle managed and unmanaged users accordingly. 

            Having all guests and contractors as "managed" users is cumbersome and causes a lot of trouble!
