When you go to the user management in your Cloud site it is possible to open the user details of a user to see and edit their groups and product access.
Whenever a large change is needed, if an admin needs to open the details of several users in quick succession, there seems to be a rate-limiting that kicks in as the window will display the message "Something went wrong" when a few details are open in succession (sometimes as low as 5) and the admin has to wait for a bit before it works again.
The suggestion is to increase the limit for how many user details can be opened in a short period of time.
