      • Customers are a bit confused because it says cheers the atlassians.

      Suggested solution

      Could the site administrators should have the ability to create a custom message template.

            Hi there,

            as part of my customer people still doesn't have SSO, a lot of them are entering via apps, instead of entering email and password in order to log in to Jira so we spend a lot of time telling them how to enter properly because they encounter problems. It would be great to have a message sent with the invitation.

            Thank you for your message.

             

            It appears users also do not see our manual EVA Handleiding right away, which is strange because a few days ago that would see it and now they see the following page:

             

            How can we make sure they only see the EVA handleiding pages? And not other documentation etc as shown in the screenshot. It is confusing for them.
