New User Management UI does not have JSM portal accounts page

      Problem Definition

      In the old site-admin UI it was displayed under https://admin.atlassian.com/s/<cloud-id>/jira-service-desk/portal-only-customers (or Site-admin > Jira Service Management).

      The new User Management UI does not have the Portal customers menu/page easily accessible, it's down in old location:

      1. Select Products in the admin.atlassian.com navigation
      2. From the left menu, under Site & Products select the site name you want to navigate to
      3. Then select Jira Service Management from the left menu

      Suggested Solutions

      Migrate that menu/page to the new UI as well.

      Workaround

      Access the old UI directly at https://admin.atlassian.com/s/<cloud-id>/jira-service-desk/portal-only-customers. Or navigate there:

      1. Select Products in the admin.atlassian.com navigation
      2. From the left menu, under Site & Products select the site name you want to navigate to
      3. Then select Jira Service Management from the left menu

            I think the location of the portal accounts page may have changed slightly since this issue was created, so I am adding this here:

             

            1. Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.
            2. Select Products from the header.
            3. Under Sites and products, select the site that contains Jira Service Management.
            4. Under Jira Service Management on the nav bar, select Portal customers.

             

            From the article What different account types can customers have?

            Could the watchers of this issue let me know if the location of the portal accounts page is still not what they want?
