Currently, when a new user signs up to Atlassian with an email that belongs to a Managed domain, no Notification gets triggered to the Org Admin informing about this change.

Org Admins have to explicitly monitor the Managed Accounts section to check for the accounts that get created via self sign up.

It would be nice if we have a way to notify Org Admins about when a new Managed account gets created so that they can give them the correct SSO permissions on the IDP or add them to a non-SSO Auth policy.
