Description
Currently, on Cloud, users can request access to specific products on the Atlassian Site.
Nevertheless, the option to "add a note" when a user requests this access is optional.
As a site-admin, it would be great to have that field as required and have the option to fill it up with important information, in order to provide some direction in the "Add a note" section so that users can provide context about that access and that site-admins can better understand it to assign them to the appropriate user group.
