When license limit is reached revoke the license of the user who did not access the product for the longest time

      Problem Definition

      When a new user is joining a product and if there are no remaining licenses for that product, automatically revoke access from the user who hasn't accessed the product for the longest time, ie free up the license for a new user by auto-revoking access from a user who is least likely to need it based on their creation and last seen date.

      Suggested Solution

      Add the functionality to revoke the license of the user who did not access the product for the longest time. This comes in handy when the license limit is reached and the admin wants to add a new user.

      Why this is important

      This allows admins to better manage the users and provide licenses.
