Restrict the attributes passed by the Google while doing a "Login with Google"

Currently when a user has google id associated and uses the option "Continue with Google" to login on id.atlassian.com, the Google attributes over writes the attributes (firstname, lastname) defined for the user at id.atlassian.com.

Since we do not have a Way to restrict the login with Google option for the managed users, we need to find a way to restrict the overwriting of the attributes from Google to Atlassian's Identity platform so that the Org Admins can define these Attributes for Managed Accounts
