Last seen date per Jira product

Summary:

At the moment, the Last seen date from the user management UI captures user activity at a product family level ( Jira, Confluence, etc ). That said, JSD, JSW, and Jira Core share the same Last seen information.

With that in mind, it would be great if customers could identify which Jira product their users aren't active even though they have a seat for the application, this way customers will have better management of their users.
