Environment
Jira Cloud, new User Management interface
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to the site administration area
- Attempt to change the user properties for a certain user
- Notice that the functionality is missing
Expected Results
The site-admin should have the option to change the user properties, just like in the old user management interface: Click on the user's name, then expand the drop-down next to Reset Password and then click on Edit Jira Properties
Actual Results
This functionality is missing in the new UI

The Edit Jira user properties are still missing on the account details page.
The workaround link is working though

We've added the 'View Jira project roles' & 'Edit User Properties' back to the User Details screens.
Closing this ticket.
For editing the Jira properties also named as User properties, as a workaround, you can directly go to the URL at https://<domain>.atlassian.net/secure/admin/user/EditUserProperties.jspa?accountId=<id>
I've a feeling we should link blockers to this ticket that would relate to Jira tickets that need to be fixed before rolling out this change. kdight ipovalyukhin
Update: We've found a few new bugs, which might take another week to fix. Sorry for the delay everyone.

Project roles issues looks to be covered under https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/ID-6758 - This ticket looks to focus on "Jira Properties" which also disappeared.

any idea when this will be fixed so we can see user roles again? my users are always asking me to add people in and mirror other folks access and i can't see what they have access to so i have to guess or run around asking people. thank you.
