Ability to send invitations to users who are migrated

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a site backup from Server/Cloud
      2. Import 1 to Cloud

      Expected Results

      Admins will have an option to send an invitation to migrated users to notify them about the new site

      Actual Results

      There will be no options to let the migrated users know about the new site

      Workaround

      Please contact Atlassian Support to re-send the invitation to the users.
