The new user profile page does not update the last access date for JIRA products, it only displays "Never used this product".

2. Load your profile under the new UI

Expected Results

The Last seen date should be set to the last time the User used Jira

Actual Results

It displays "Never used this product".

Workaround

Use the export users feature to see what's the actual last date your users accessed JIRA.
