Summary

After deleting a Cloud product from one's instance the default access groups previously configured for that product will remain unchanged at the instance and undeletable.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have two products in an instance, Confluence and JIRA for example.
2. Add users to the default group of one of the products.
3. Remove that product

Expected Results

The product default groups should be removed as the application is no longer active in the instance.

Actual Results

The groups remain active and show as default access groups so you can't delete them as well.
