Allow Site-Admin to upload avatars for users

      Summary
      The ability to upload avatars for users by Site-admin.

      Expected Results
      Having the upload avatar option to be uploaded by site-admin for all the users in the organization & security section.

      Actual Results
      There isn't an option to upload the avatar for the users in the organization & security section.

            Hi everyone,

            Thank you for raising and following this suggestion. Because there has been no user engagement (votes, watches, comments) over the last year, we have no plans to implement this in the foreseeable future. In order to set expectations, we're closing this request to focus on our upcoming roadmap.
