Allow site admin to suggest profile field changes on a Personal Atlassian account

      As a site administrator, I want to suggest profile field changes for a Personal Atlassian account on my site. The user could either accept or decline my request easily.

      Admin can suggest their unmanaged users to update their Full name, Email address.

            Good Day Folks,

            We are looking at cleaning up our older bug tickets and making sure that the correct ones are prioritised and actioned. You can see how the profiles are much more manageable now :

            We will set this ticket at its correct status moving forward.

            Apologies, an early version had been implemented but not rolled out to 100% of customers. It is currently only available to 20%.  There is some polish and edge cases that need addressing before we roll out to 100%. I have put this ticket into the appropriate state. We expect it to be ready in the next couple weeks.
