      Problem Definition

A company has an instance CloudA with their domain verified and SAML enabled, they also have another instance CloudB, without SAML, which is used by the same users under the same email domain, when users try to login to CloudB, they get redirected to CloudA, not being able to access the instance by the normal login process, only through passwordless login.

      Suggested Solution

      • Create a feature to allow the safe ownership verification of the same domain in multiple instances, this way the SAML can be setup on them as well.

      Why this is important

      • As we move forward to provide a suite of awesome applications for bug tracking, knowledge and development, we must understand that big companies may have more than one Cloud instance, it is important that they are allowed to use a SSO solution to access all of their products even on multiple Cloud instances.

      Workaround

      1. Click on "Having trouble logging in?"
      2. Input your email address from your account on the instance
      3. Use the passwordless login link provided on the email
