At the moment, if an account is set as private in Atlassian Cloud User Management's panel, the user will have to change it themselves in https://<instance-name>.atlassian.net/login
As an admin for the verified domain who is able to manage the user's Full Name and email address, I would also like to be able to set the user to be private or not.
