Support for Exchange/Outlook avatar and account information integration with Confluence users

Problem Definition

In Microsoft Exchange/Outlook, users have a feature to have an avatar and profile information such as job title.

Suggested Solution

Allow for Confluence to import this automatically from those applications.

Workaround

At this point, the only way to do this in Confluence is by updating user picture and profile information manually.
