Match users with same email address when integrating Atlassian OnDemand with Google

Often users will set up usernames in Atlassian OnDemand to be slightly different to the way they are in Google, but the users will share the same email address. It would be nice if the Google Apps conversion process figured out that the email address matched and gave the option to merge the Google Apps account with the Atlassian OnDemand account.

In some cases, there is also a need to match users who have the exact email address as username. For example, there are some usernames like "user@domain.com" which has to match with Google account "user@domain.com". Currently, OnDemand does not cater for this.
