Support the ability to add users in the format of "screen name <email@address.com>"

In Atlassian OnDemand, when using the 'Create users' option to add a new user you can not paste in an email in "James Dellow <james.dellow@rippleffectgroup.com>" format. The Email address(es) field breaks the email address into three parts: James, Dellow, and <james.dellow@rippleffectgroup.com> (which is not a valid email address either). The dialog should recognise addresses that are pasted in this format. Ideally, the screen name part should be used instead of the email address for the screen name created by OnDemand.
