Description
Users only receive a confirmation when using the 'self signup' functionality provided by UM:
An email has been sent to <email>.
Please click on the link inside the email to continue.
If you do not receive the email within the next 10 minutes, please check your spam or junk email folder just in case the email got delivered there instead of your inbox.
If a users email already exists in the system there is no dialog.
An improvement could be to advise the user a profile is already assigned to the account.
