Hello Internationalization team,

I raised a request with Atlassian support (PSSRV-145299) relating to JRASERVER-71648. They suggested I open a request here instead.

We are located in Quebec and we have a law here forcing us to offer french text to all our customers and employee - or offer an alternative

A string that has been brought up multiple times is actually the same one mentionned and described in JRASERVER-71648

This is the link from our govnt agency that forces us to write everything in french - obviously they don't have an english text explaining that..  Vivre en français - Technologies de l'information en français

Any way this could be pushed in a long-term or short-term backlog?
