Translation in error message when editing draft without Collaborative editing.

Summary

Translation for the time is wrong if in profile user uses non English language and try to edit already saved draft.

Environment

• Disable Collaborative editing.
• Create users A and B.
• Change language in the user profile to non English (German for example) for both users.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page with a user A and publish the content.
2. Edit page with user A again, make changes and leave the page (saving draft).
3. With user B edit the page and also leave the page (saving draft).
4. With user A edit the page and observer the behavior.

Expected Results

In the top right corner, you will receive a message in German and not English words will be used.

Actual Results

You will get a mixed message where time is in English and rest in German
