'xx minute ago' text in draft warning is not localised

Summary

after upgrading to Confluence 6.0.3 customer have a problem with some translations (from English to German).

Steps to Reproduce

Upgrade Confluence to 6.0.3

Expected Results

After installing language pack, all text should be in German, which is not happening

Actual Results

Some words keep in English, even after reinstall and restart Confluence
