Notifications mention is not translated to German

Summary

If profile language changed to German, notifications should also be in German, instead, most of it is English and the last word is German.

1. Mention a user whose profile is set to German

Expected Results

• Notification will be showed as User mentioned you in this in the local language, in the list or expanded the view

Actual Results

• Both, list and expanded notification will be in English with last word this being in German:
