HipChat Server: Fields are being cleared out after hitting "Save" in Server admin > Notifications

Description

Under Server admin > Notifications all fields are cleared out after inserting Twilio credentials and then hitting "Save".

Environment

• HipChat Server 2.0 build 1.4.1

Steps to Reproduce

1. Browse to Server admin > Notifications
2. Insert Twilio Account SID, Twilio Auth Token and Twilio Phone Number(s).
3. Hit "Save"

Current behavior

Fields are being cleared out with "Successful" message in the page.

Expected behavior

Fields should not be cleared out when hitting "Save".
