The docker interface is taking 172.xx.x IP range

Description

The docker interface in HipChat server currently supported in Ubuntu 14.04 is taking 172.xx.x IP range

Environment

• HipChat Server 2.0 build 1.4.1

Steps to reproduce

• Upgrade to HipChat server build 1.4.1

Current behavior

The docker interface is taking 172.xx.x IP range

Expected behavior

The docker interface shouldn't be taking any IP range or it should be configurable

Workaround

1. Run sudo dont-blame-hipchat
2. Modify /etc/default/docker with the following info:

# DOCKER_OPTS="--dns 8.8.8.8 --dns 8.8.4.4"
# DOCKER_OPTS="--bip=192.168.239.1/24"

3. Run service docker restart.
4. Run ifconfig to verify the new configuration
