Summary

HipChat4 Linux client doesn't show Latin grammar signs (French, Portuguese) even using the English (US, international with dead keys) keyboard layout

Environment

• Xubuntu 15.10
• Xubuntu 16.04
• HipChat Linux Client v4.27, v4.28

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set the keyboard layout to French, Portuguese or English (US, international with dead keys)
2. Type a message including Latin grammar signs (examples on the notes section)

Expected Results

The client should accept and show the word with grammar sign

Actual Results

The client is not accepting and showing the word with grammar sign

Notes

Use this characters to test it: áá éé óó êê

Also note that if you copy and paste the characters or the word it will work properly.
