Summary

Bitbucket server add-on integration with HipChat is not triggering the unread badge in the room for new notifications.

Create a new Pull request in Bitbucket

Expected Results

Bitbucket should trigger the unread badge to rooms in HipChat.

Actual Results

Bitbucket isn't triggering the unread badge to rooms.
