    Description

      Summary

      After uploading an .mp4 file, HipChat won't play it

      Environment

      HipChat 4.0.x for Windows

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. upload an mp4 file
      2. click in the play button

      Expected Results

      Video will play in the preview

      Actual Results

      An error is displayed: Ouch! We can't load the media file

      Workaround

      No workaround at this time.
