    Description

      case:
      1) press Ctrl-Alt-Shift-Tab (to open switch between panels window)
      2) switch to status icons panel
      3) jump to HipChat icon
      4) press "Enter"
      and...HipChat window does not display!

      Why! For example, Slack window opens after I press Enter button.

      Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, GNOME Shell 3.18.5
