      Overview

      Newly created users (both local and externally synchronized) get their notification settings on their profile defaulted to the following setup (email notification) enabled:

      Suggestion

      Certain groups would not want to have this enabled by default. So, it will be good to have an additional option in Group Admin >> Preferences page https://<fqdn>/admin/preferences page to allow admin to flip this switch (on or off) when new users are created.
