Ability to disable/enable slash commands

Built-in slash commands in HipChat can't be disabled. For some companies, the ability to control this proofs to be very useful. 

Here is a particular use case described by a customer: 

It is a "design" issue that everyone can take advantage of.
Simply send a chat asking for approval on something then once you get it use the "/s" command to change the entire request and now have a record of approval.
This "feature/functionality" needs to have a way for companies to disable it if they chose.
